An introduction is in order...

Welcome to our little adventure in life.  My name is Scott.  As a single father of 10, providing for and feeding a small army on a budget can be challenging however extremely beautiful and rewarding. 

We have been through the normal challenges every family faces, as well as some extraordinary challenges as well, including successfully fighting brain cancer, how we deal with gluten and dairy intolerances as well as opinionated teenagers and toddlers.

In addition to feeding a small army daily, I have worked in restaurants (back of the house and front) and was a wine and beverage manager and buyer for a well known importer and retailer.

Hopefully, our journey can provide some entertainment and insight into how we “do it” (which is the most common question I get asked.)
